Return Policy 

At Parish Girls Boutique, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY, We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns for purchases made IN STORE must be received within 5 days* of the purchase date. This date is located at the bottom of your receipt. 
  • All returns for purchases made ONLINE must be received within 10 days* of the date you received your item.
  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Any Seasonal Items are a FINAL SALE and is NOT eligible for return.
  • Swimwear, Bathbombs, Socks, and Hair accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns. 
  • Gift Cards are not eligible for returns.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn. 
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

Hold Policies

  • We will hold items til end of same business day only. All items can be purchased on website and picked up in store if you are unable to come same day. Regular return policy applies to "store pick up" items. 
  •  If "in store pick up" items are not picked up within 5 days, they are not eligible for store credit or exchange anymore. After 5 days they are final sale. 
  •  We will not hold "last one" items. This includes the last size in something. 

 If you have requested to be put on a waiting list for an item we will contact you as soon as the item arrives. You will have 1 hour to respond before the item is passed onto the next person or put out on the floor for stock.
